I am not receiving the six-digit code to verify my phone number. What next?

It's possible you previously opted out of receiving autodialed text messages about your account or for marketing purposes.

In order to receive messages, you'll need to enroll again. Please send the word ‘START’ to 575-219-6589.

Note: You cannot use a Google Voice phone number to set up your account. Your phone number must be a U.S. number to be cross-verified with your legal first and last name in order to receive a positive identity match.
