How do I complete the set up of my Stretch Financial Wellness® benefit account?

It’s simple! Once you’ve enrolled, you will be returned to the home page to link your financial liabilities (debts) and a checking or savings account. The pages have easy-to-follow steps to help you through the process.

Linking your financial liabilities

There are a couple ways to connect your liability accounts, depending upon when you take that step.

1. At time of enrollment: After signing up, you will be prompted to connect your liability (debt) accounts. This prompt will remain on your homepage until completed.

2. Any time after you enroll: After logging back in, you can link your liabilities (debts) from the ‘Linked Accounts’ page, under the profile silhouette.

Linking your checking and savings accounts

To take advantage of the liability (debt) account payment functionality, you will need to connect a bank account. These can be checking and/or savings accounts and will serve as the accounts you use to schedule and make payments. For reference, we utilize Plaid to link your bank accounts, as they provide us the information needed to facilitate your payment transactions.

To connect your bank accounts, click on ‘Add Spending Insights’ from the homepage, or click on 'Insights' from the left menu bar.

Great news! There’s no limit to the number of payments you can make and we do not charge any additional fees for submitting payments through the Stretch Financial Wellness application.
