When will funds be withdrawn from my bank account for liability (debt) payments?
Once your payment request is submitted through Stretch Financial Wellness®, Grasshopper will withdraw the payment amount from your bank account within 24 business hours, hold the funds for two business days, then send the funds to the requested liability (debt) holder, to be applied to your account.
Who is Grasshopper? Grasshopper Bank, N.A. is the financial institution handling all fund transfer services for liability (debt) payments facilitated through Stretch Financial Wellness, including ACH and wire transfer services.
