What do I do if I see an unauthorized transaction?

Please contact your financial institution(s) immediately to report any suspicious or unauthorized transactions.

If you believe that your Stretch Financial Wellness® account was compromised in any way, you must notify us immediately by reaching out to customer service via chat or email, at security@hellostretch.com. Upon such notice, we may, in our sole discretion, suspend access to your account or pend any current or future payments.
