What are 'Stretches'?

Stretches are brief educational modules to help you think about your finances and make small adjustments that benefit your everyday financial wellness.

Stretches are broken into four categories:

  • Increase Income: Insights and guidance on how you can maximize your current income and make a little extra cash that you can use to help pay down debt.

  • Know Yourself: Topics and techniques that encourage you to reflect on your current financial situation and make the mental shift that can enable a true financial wellness change.

  • Lower Expenses: A wide variety of creative activities that can help you save money on the expenses you are aware of, and some that you might not know about (yet)!

  • Your Numbers: Insight into how money and financial systems work, and how they may impact you.Â
