I do not want to utilize electronic payments, or to conduct business online, but I still want a Stretch Financial Wellness® account. What are my options?

The Stretch Financial Wellness® platform is a digital application and requires business to be conducted electronically.

Additionally, Stretch Financial Wellness® requires that financial institutions utilized in the liability (debt) payment process support electronic payments, including ACH and wire transfers. You must provide appropriate authorizations to facilitate these payments. 

If you are unwilling to agree to this, or subsequently revoke your consent to conduct business electronically, we will be unable to support your account.
